I buy a station container in the stations where I have agents and label it "LOOT" When the amount of loot gets to be near a certain level, say 10k m3, I come back in a hauler, pickit up and return it to my home station for storage/reprocessing/wh...

I suggest keeping training balanced at 50% learning skills and 50% other skills. That way you can do other stuff while you skill up the attributes.
